The iQDOCs library was created by Therapeutic Innovation Australia to assist biomedical research facilities to implement quality systems, to ensure reliability and reproducibility of results and also in preparation for achieving the relevant licensing and/or accreditations.
The library consists of over 550 generic documents including templates for calibration procedures, contingency plans, training modules, process control, material specifications, position descriptions and reporting forms. The majority of the documents are in Microsoft Office formats (.doc, .docx, .xls, .xlsx). The documents relate to codes of Good Practice (GxP) and ISO/IEC codes.
The documents in the library are sourced from a range of commercial and public-funded organisations. Commercial providers include some of Australia's premier quality system consultants, whereas public-funded providers include leading research institutions such as the University of Queensland's Centre for Clinical Research.

After logging in, you will be able to download documents. There is no cost to download documents.
It should be noted that the documents do not, in themselves, comprise a quality system. It may be appropriate to your situation to seek external assistance from qualified individuals to aid your facility in establishing an appropriate system.
