iQDOCs - Terms and Conditions of Use By registering to access and using the iQDOCs Quality Documents for R&D made available by TIA (Therapeutic Innovation Australia Limited (ABN 19 126 324 141)) from the website accessible from www.iqdocs.org (iQDOCs) you accept the following conditions: In signing up for access to iQDOCs, you warrant that you have authority to do so on behalf of the Organisation and that these conditions are binding on the Organisation (as well as binding on you). In the paragraphs that follow, references to you and your include reference to the Organisation iQDOCs are made available for use by you and the organisation that you represent, as identified at the time you signed up for access to iQDOCs (Organisation). TIA, its contractors and agents, accept no responsibility for the completeness or accuracy of any of the iQDOCs (or any information provided in connection with the iQDOCs) and make no representations about their suitability for any particular purpose. Furthermore, to the extent that the provision of the iQDOCs involves the giving of any advice or recommendation, TIA, its contractors and agents, provide no guarantee that that advice or recommendation will achieve any particular outcome, nor that it will not give rise to any particular consequence. Without limitation, you are responsible for independently verifying the iQDOCs, and any associated information, advice and recommendations, and their suitability for any particular purpose, and you use the iQDOCs and any associated information, advice and recommendations at your risk entirely.
